What's new
Here's what we've changed on PawdeePets, in plain words. Newest first.
Service menus and booking a specific service
- Shops and sitters can now list each service they offer with its own price, duration and the pets it suits, for example “Bath & brush, small dog, ฿350/session”.
- Tap Book next to a service to request exactly that service. The price you saw is saved with your booking.
- Newly approved sitters now appear straight away, before the next site update.
Search near your home
- Type your condo, apartment, street or BTS/MRT station and pick it from the suggestions. We'll show sitters closest to you first.
- You can also search by where you live right from the home page.
- New, tidier filters: choose area, service and pet type from simple menus, and tick extra needs like senior pets, anxious pets or medication.
- Maps now show street and place names in English or Thai, matching the language you picked.
- Easier to use on a phone: bigger buttons, swipeable filters and a shorter map.
A fresh new look
- We're now PawdeePets, with a new logo, new green colours and new app icon.
- Thai text now uses the LINE Seed Sans TH font, which is easier to read on phones.
- Replaced emoji with clean line icons throughout the site.
- Added pet photos across the home page.
Find sitters on a map
- Tap "Use my location" to see how far each sitter is from you, and sort by nearest.
Being upfront with you
- We removed the sample sitters and reviews we used while building the site. Every listing you see now is either a provider our team has reviewed, or a public directory listing marked "Unclaimed".
- We reworded our safety promises to match what is in place today. ID checks and emergency vet cover are still being set up.
More pet types
- Sitters can now list every animal they care for, plus any others they have looked after before. You'll see this on their profile, and the pet type filter uses it.
- Add hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, turtles, lizards and snakes, hedgehogs, sugar gliders and ferrets, as well as dogs, cats, rabbits and birds. Choose "Other" to type in any other animal.
Forgot your password?
- You can now reset your password from the log-in page. We'll email you a link.
Now in Thai
- The whole site is available in Thai and English. Switch any time with the EN / ไทย button.
Accounts and booking requests
- Sign up, add your pets, and send booking requests to sitters.
- Sitters and groomers can apply to join. Every application is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
- Added listings for pet businesses in our launch cities. Business owners can claim their listing.
Pawdee launches
- First version of the site: browse walkers, sitters, groomers and boarders in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya and Hua Hin.
